The Mindful Goddess Program utilizes mindfulness techniques that will help you move forward and lead a more fulfilled life. 


Being mindful involves focusing on the present moment while calmly acknowledging and accepting your feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations Some of the skills learned in this program include: Mindfulness and meditation Tolerating distress 


Effective interpersonal communication skills Reducing emotional suffering

Acceptance and change:  You will learn adaptive strategies to cope with your life circumstances, emotions, and self. By developing these skills, you will also be able to make positive changes in your behavior and interaction with others.


Behavioral: You will learn how to analyze destructive behavior patterns and replace them with more effective and healthy ones


Cognitive: You will look to change thought patterns and beliefs that are not helpful or effective. Collaboration: You will learn how to effectively communicate and work with others.

This holistic wellness program came about after years of working with individuals going through so many issues and finding relief when they are allowed time to just sit, think, and feel. I believe that everyone is the master and and co creator of their own life, some just need help tapping into that power. In the healing relationship, my job isn't to give you answers or advice or tell you what to do. I guide you to the answers you seek but you make the decision to act or not. The Mindful Goddess

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can pay for the program in full, 2 payments, or monthly installments There is a discount however when paid in full. When a deposit is made, you will receive an invoice detailing your payment plan and payment due date. Invoices must be reconciled by the date on your plan. Schedule a discovery call if you are interested in starting a payment plan and unsure which is right for you. 


Will I get the information discussed in sessions?
Yes. Throughout your sessions, you will receive worksheets and journal prompts. Between sessions, you will also receive email, texts, and/or phone calls to reinforce information discussed during the session. 

I was a former therapy client but I want coaching. Can I now become a coaching client?
Due to the code of ethics for therapy, dual relationships are prohibited. Coaching clients may return for additional coaching sessions or reiki, therapy clients may return for additional therapy or reiki sessions, reiki clients may return for either, but therapy client may not become coaching clients or vice versa. If during coaching, therapeutic issues come up, you may be referred to another clinician in your area. 

Can I use my insurance for therapy?
Inner G Wellness has opted not to accept insurance because it causes unnecessary barriers on the therapist-client relationship. Our goal through our concierge style practice is to re-center the relationship between the therapist and you, no middlemen involved.
We know that families spend a lot of money on health insurance and we provide a detailed invoice for patients to submit to their insurance for reimbursement if requested. As long as you have out-of-network benefits for Mental Health, most insurance companies cover some, if not all, of the cost for visits.

When will I see improvements?
Over the years I have worked with hundreds of clients and I always say, “It’s a process!” Significant change takes time. You haven’t gotten to where you are overnight and healing will not happen overnight either. As long as you trust and stay committed to the process, you will see improvement from the first week. If our relationship ends and you feel you need more sessions, you can return at any time. 

I don’t live in Maryland, can I still receive services?
All services are done virtually. Therapy clients must reside in the state of Maryland to receive services Therapy clients must be physically in the state of Maryland at the time of sessions. Coaching and reiki clients can be anywhere in the world. 

Are we able to meet in person?
Currently all services are virtual via Google Meet or over the phone.
