Step 1: Browse the menu and select your meals from the daily menu or meal prep plan option.

(For Daily Menu Orders, Please allow up to 3 hours as your order will be made to order for pick up &/or delivery.)

Step 2: Place your meal prep order online before the cut-off (Sunday's & Wednesday's at 11:59 PM).

Daily Orders made after by 8pm will be delivered the following day @12PM

Step 3: Receive your meals on Monday mornings or Thursday Mornings depending on your location.

Step 4: Start your week with delicious, healthy, and convenient meals!
