Soybean oil is slowly infused with an array of spices and fresh ingredients including Szechuan peppercorn, star anise, clove, sand ginger, garlic, spring onion and more. It is then poured over chilli flakes after it has reached the ideal temperature to create the ultimate blend of oil, chilli and flavour. This product is vegan and sugar free creating the perfect base for the ultimate dumpling dipping sauce or drizzled over fried rice, eggs, stir-fry's, rice or anything that deserves a nice boost of flavour.
