• USDA Select, the most prevalent USDA grade, is lean and fairly flavorful with a moderately firm bite.

• Marinate or season these steaks with a dry rub or garlic and onion powder, salt, pepper, dried thyme and other spices for an impressive main course entree with fresh, seasonal vegetables and potatoes, or accompany with choice seafood for a land and sea combination.
