Product Description

  • This masterfully cut T-bone is like two steaks in one, with a juicy center-cut strip loin on one side of the bone and a buttery-soft tenderloin on the other. It fills a plate majestically.

  • T-bone steaks are great grilled oudoors or pan fried with oil. Appreciate its rich, beefy flavor on its own, or season it with rosemary and garlic.

  • This steak includes the tail, the narrow end of the strip or tenderloin, or the fat and lean beyond the eye of the muscle.

  • Bone-in steaks offer better plate coverage and great flavor.

  • USDA Select, the most prevalent USDA grade, is lean and fairly flavorful with a moderately firm bite.

  • These 16-ounce steaks are individually packaged, 16 per case. Shaped packaging preserves the form of the steak.

Basic Preparation

Ready to grill or broil to your customers desired degree of doneness. For best results, remove plastic wrap and allow meat to "bloom" for 5 to 10 minutes prior to cooking.
