Product Description
St. Louis-style spareribs are meaty and cut from the belly. They are usually trimmed so the slabs are more rectangular and consistently shaped. These St. Louis-style pork rib slabs are trimmed to 1/4-inch of fat.
You can choose to begin with applying a dry rub to the ribs and letting them sit for at least two hours or even overnight. Brush them with a mop sauce as they grill. Let them rest, cut the ribs and serve.
These spare ribs are ideal for custom seasoning, slow braising, smoking and barbecue presentations.
Serve them with traditional sides of coleslaw, potato salad and baked beans.
These slabs are square and consistent. They are squared off on the ends, and fused bones are not permitted.
This is raw pork and should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
