Mariano’s, a Dallas Tex-Mex institution and home of the original frozen margarita. We’re closing out the weekend right with a full-service buffet featuring mesquite-grilled beef and chicken fajitas with peppers and onions, cheese enchiladas topped with chili con carne and jalapeño relish, Mexican rice, refried beans, flour tortillas, chips, and salsa. Toppings include fresh guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, and shredded cheese. We’re also throwing in a seven-layer dip and an assorted dessert tray with brownies, cheesecake squares (four flavors), and cookies. Everything comes hot and ready to serve with plates, utensils, and all the fixings — just show up hungry.
