We have a selection of packages available for our artists. and before you make your selection I wanted to take some time to explain these packages to you.

All artists will be offered drinks and meal vouchers, regardless of the package you choose. Your fee will also be loaded onto your wrist band, which you will be able to exchange for cash at any Top Up booth or at the main reception.

The four options available to artists are as follows:

Option 1

A spacious tent with floor mats and a battery operated fan. You will get a sleeping bag. All the artists and staff that choose this option will be situated together with their own communal chill area.

With option 1 you will receive your full fee.

Option 2

Dorm on site

We have a 15 bed dorm. each person will receive a single dorm bed. the room will be Air Conditioned. there are shared bathroom and toilet facilities. includes a shared indoor chill area. we are currently exploring additional fans and these will be included.

The cost for this is 500k.

Any artist choosing option 2 would receive their fee minus 500k.

Option 3

The Dreamland room is situated above a bar next to the main stage. It has full air-conditioning and a bathroom. there are 6 Double beds in this room. The beds are comfortable and the room is right in the middle of the action.

The cost for each bed is 700k VND. So you will receive your fee minus 700k VND.

Option 4

We have a number of off site villas. Each villa contains 3 double beds and 2 single beds.

These are of a very high standard. All airconditioned and with access to the pool of the resort. They include kitchens. They are a total of 5 to 10 mins drive from site. There will be a shuttle available to get to the festival and also motorbike drivers to bring you back whenever you like.

We also have some villas available for only Saturday night.

The cost for each room is 1.9 million VND. So you will receive your fee minus 1.9 mil VND.

For some of you this will mean that your room will be more than your fee. In this case you will have to pay the difference.

Only Villas and Tents are available for 1 night.
