This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between CS Entertainment and Client Named below collectively referred to as "Parties."
Terms and Conditions
1. Services Provided
1.1 The Provider agrees to supply a combined DJ
& Photo Booth service for the event specified below
2. Payment
2.1 If applicable, a non-refundable 50% deposit is due upon signing this
Agreement. In the event that the scheduled event is
within 48 hours of booking form submission,
full payment is required.
2.2 The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event date.
2.3 Payment can be made via invoice provided.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 In the event of breach and/or cancellation by the Client, the
deposit will not be refunded
3.1 In the event of breach and/or cancellation by the Provider, the
deposit will be refunded
4. Liability
4.1 The Provider will not be held responsible for
any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property
incurred during the event
5. Photo Usage
5.1 The Provider may use photos/videos and any media for promotional
purposes, but will not disclose personal information
without the Client's consent
6. Equipment
6.1 In the unlikely event of equipment failure,
the Provider will make every effort to repair or
replace it as soon as possible
7. Venue Access and Requirements
7.1 The Client is responsible for ensuring that the
venue provides adequate space, power supply, and
access for the DJ and Photo Booth
7.2 Provide a safe and secure environment for the Photo Booth and DJ's equipment
7.3 The Photo Booth and DJ may temporarily suspend or shut down equipment
operation if there are concerns about the safety or security of the setup.
7.4 If the Client's failure to provide a safe environment poses a significant risk to
the equipment or personnel, the Photo Booth and DJ may terminate services immediately.
7.5 The Client may be held responsible for any damages to the Photo Booth or DJ's
equipment resulting from the failure to provide a safe and secure environment.
Additional charges may apply for repairs or replacements.7.4 Ensure that the venue has any necessary
licenses or permits for the event
8. Indemnification
8.1 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless
the Provider against any and all claims, costs,
and expenses
9. Non-solicitation
9.1 The Client agrees not to solicit any subcontracted suppliers during the agreement and 24 months thereafter. This includes refraining from facilitating the termination of contractual relationships. Any violation constitutes a material breach.
9.2 Payment details related to contractors and/or subcontractors must remain confidential. This provision survives the agreement's termination.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any previous understandings
11. Governing Law
11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of United Kingdom
