This gem of the Northwest runs through a deep gorge dripping with precip and foliage. The drops are meaty, the water is clear, and the surrounding world is invisible. It feels like falling way off the grid for a few hours. And you're only an hour from downtown Seattle. It's an amazing river that very few people- and almost no commercial rafting companies- run in a year. Includes a BBQ at the end.
