This is our 2022 CPHS Tennis Spiritwear order form for parents and players. CPHS graphics imaging and technology teacher Karen Topp has agreed to order and print our spiritwear. She is working with us to get the spiritwear delivered in a short time period. Please fill out this form, submit a check (made out to CPHS) for the TOTAL amount to me by 7:30 AM Tuesday morning, Sept. 6th. Mrs. Topp will be ordering the garments on Tuesday with the hope of screening them next week. However, we must pay prior to her ordering the shirt/sweatshirts. I will deliver spiritwear to parents/players at an upcoming match. ANY orders not paid by 8 AM Tuesday, Sept. 6th will NOT be processed. If you get this early enough you can see me during the CP Invite.
